The walkthrough
Arrival to aftercare, in four honest steps.

Arrival
Your forms arrive by text before you do, so walking in takes about five minutes. Check in, pour a coffee if you like, and settle into the waiting corner — most days you won't finish the cup before we call you back.

The exam
Photos, digital x-rays when they're due, and gum measurements — all shown on a screen in front of you as we go. You'll see what we see, in focus and in plain English. Questions are welcome mid-sentence.

The plan
If anything needs attention, you leave with options and written prices — what's urgent, what can wait, and what's purely cosmetic, labeled honestly. Bigger plans can be staged over months. Nothing is booked until you say so.

Ongoing care
Six-month recalls with a text reminder that includes a one-tap reschedule. Between visits, you can text the studio with questions — a photo of the thing you're worried about usually gets an answer the same day.

Small things that change how a visit feels.
Blankets & warm towels
Treatment rooms run cool for the equipment's sake, not yours. Ask for a blanket — or just look slightly cold and one appears.
Headphones & your playlist
Noise-cancelling headphones at every chair. Queue your own music or a podcast; the drill is much less interesting with a soundtrack over it.
The no-lecture policy
If it's been five years since your last cleaning, you won't hear about it from us. You came in — that's the part that matters. We start from today.
And one rule that never bends: raise a hand and we stop. Every time, mid-anything, no questions. You’re in charge of the pace.
Insurance & payment
The money part, handled plainly.
With insurance
We accept most PPO plans, including Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, MetLife, Humana, and Guardian. Call with your member ID before your first visit and we’ll verify your benefits, so the estimate you see is built on your actual coverage — not a guess. We file the claims; you never touch the paperwork.
Without insurance
The $129 new-patient visit covers your exam, x-rays, and cleaning, and every treatment after that is priced in writing before we begin. Larger plans can be split into monthly payments, and we take cards, HSA, and FSA. No memberships, no surprise line items.
